Who we are

This website is run by Smart Profit AI Agency Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16655759), based in London. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can contact us about privacy at head@smartprofitaiagency.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, business or website, and your message.
• Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
• Booking a call: calls are booked through Google Calendar, which collects the details you enter there under Google's own privacy policy.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver pages securely.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange calls, and provide services you ask for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Third-party services

• YouTube: podcast videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and only load from YouTube when you press play. YouTube (Google) may then set cookies under its own policy.
• Google Fonts: our fonts are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
• Google Calendar: used for booking calls, as described above.
• FormSubmit: when you send our contact form, your details are passed through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) so they reach our inbox by email. A copy is also stored securely with our website host.

Cookies

We do not use any cookies for advertising or analytics. To understand how the site is used, we count page views ourselves without cookies: we record only the page visited, the website that referred you (for example google.com) and whether you used a phone or computer. We do not record IP addresses or anything that identifies you. Third-party cookies may be set only if you play a YouTube video or use the booking page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any work that follows, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email us at head@smartprofitaiagency.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
